Alumni

Baruch College Alumni

  • May access floors 2-5 of the library once they have completed the process to get an Alumni ID card
  • Remote access to the library’s digital collections is not available to alumni due to restrictions in the license agreements
  • Wifi access can be requested at the reference desk or the circulation desk when those desks are open (see desk hours).

Other CUNY Alumni

As per CUNY policy, alumni from other CUNY colleges can only access the library at the college where they received their degree. They should contact the library at that college to inquire about initiating access there.

Collections of Interest

  • The Ticker
    • Student newspaper of Baruch College. It has been published continuously since 1932, when the Baruch College campus was the School of Business and Civic Administration of the City College of New York. Online access 1935-2000.
  • The Reporter 
    • Was Baruch College’s evening session newspaper (ceased publication in 2002). Founded in 1923, when Baruch College was still part of City College, the Reporter billed itself as “the Oldest Evening Session College Newspaper Published in the United States.”
