Access to the Newman Library is generally restricted to current students, faculty and staff of the City University of New York, as well as retired CUNY faculty. Access is also permitted for current faculty and students of Empire State University with a valid Empire State University identification card.
Baruch College alumni: see the Alumni page on our website.
Alumni from other CUNY colleges: alumni only have access to their home campus library, not any CUNY college library.
Residents of the New York metropolitan area who need access to specific materials in the Newman Library that are not available in the public library system must first contact their local library about obtaining a referral card.
