Access to the Newman Library is limited to:

• current students, faculty and staff of the each of the colleges in the City University of New York
• retired CUNY faculty
• current faculty and students of Empire State University with a valid Empire State University identification card
• Baruch College alumni: first review the Alumni page for details on how to gain access
• Baruch College Campus High School students

Alumni from other CUNY colleges:

• No access at Baruch College but you should have access to the library at the college you graduated from

General public:

• No access except for residents of the New York metropolitan area who need access to specific materials in the Newman Library that are not available in the public library system. You must first contact your local library about obtaining a referral card before you can enter the Newman Library.
